Job summary

The FAST Team Member at Tractor Supply is responsible for executing start-to-finish merchandising tasks in a single store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service using the GURA framework to greet, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale.

The position requires reliability, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset, with work shifts varying by store and business

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements and price changes.
• Install and maintain store signage including circulars and price cuts.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Uphold planogram integrity and customer service standards.
• Follow GURA guidance to greet, understand, recommend, and ask for the sale.
