Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team. This role performs start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, and price changes in one store while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly.

You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service daily. Responsibilities include executing planograms and resets, maintaining merchandise standards, and communicating progress with district leadership.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask)
