Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team in a store setting. You will own end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, maintain planogram integrity, and support store operations. Prior retail/merchandising experience is required; 18+ and high school diploma preferred. Opportunities may be part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and price promos.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
