Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, supporting the Field Activity Support Team with planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. The role emphasizes customer service and in-store execution.

You will complete store tasks accurately and on schedule, maintain merchandising standards, assist with signage updates, and collaborate with the District FAST Supervisor and store team to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Team Members may be assigned other duties as needed.
