Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience focusing on team development, operational execution, and visual merchandising.
• Clear verbal and written communication with the ability to engage across organizational levels.
• Comfort using business insights, analytics tools, sales platforms, and operational reporting systems.
• Open schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations aligned with business strategy to drive revenue, customer experience, and operations excellence.
• Coach employees through feedback, performance accountability, and career progression support; recruit and train.
• Analyze store-level data to track goals and address performance gaps across sales, service, and execution metrics.
• Champion Perfect Product Presentation standards to inspire customers and align with brand guidelines.
• Manage labor scheduling, payroll reporting, and staffing based on traffic patterns and priorities.
• Maintain store safety, maintenance, and legal compliance.
