Job summary

Amazing Life in Plano, TX is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the front door of our revenue engine. This on-site role partners with Account Executives and Marketing to spark conversations, qualify opportunities, and book high-value meetings for our team.

You’ll receive hands-on coaching and clear paths to growth in leadership, with daily mentorship and a culture that puts people first.

Responsibilities

Outbound Pipeline Sourcing: Proactively connect with church leaders nationwide via phone, email, video, and social outreach.
Qualifying & Booking: Identify ministry needs, qualify fit, and schedule high-quality appointments for the Account Executives.
Seamless Collaboration: Work with AEs, AMs, and marketing to ensure smooth handoffs and coverage.
Message Innovation: Test new messaging and value propositions to boost engagement.
CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot/Salesforce.
Hit Your Targets: Regularly meet and exceed monthly booked meeting targets.
