Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union in Plano, TX seeks an AVP/Branch Manager to lead the branch, develop staff, and drive operational excellence. You will oversee compliance, risk, and performance while collaborating with the Regional VP to meet standards.

The role requires extensive financial institution experience and supervisory leadership to optimize member service and branch growth. Plano location supports cross-branch coverage and regional operations.

Qualifications

• Five years of financial institution experience.
• Three years of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Proven track record of managing branch risk and developing relationships.
• Teamwork and dedication to develop strong working relationships.
• Ability to analyze, develop, manage and improve processes and system/product architecture.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Direct the operations of each branch to ensure quality service levels including compliance strategies and sales program.
• Continuously refine and implement best practices to optimize branch performance and compliance.
• Define and deliver branch activities to establish governance, metrics, and production quality.
• Review branch statistics to assess risk and identify opportunities for risk mitigation.
• Analyze QA audit risk findings and oversee fraud risks related to branch operations.
• Assist with complaint resolution according to applicable regulations.
• Ensure professional and timely execution of all business operations to maintain high member service standards.
• Promote a member-centric approach to drive service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Lead staff development initiatives and coaching sessions for branch staff.
