Qualifications

• Minimum five years in financial institution experience.
• Minimum three years of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Proven track record of managing branch risk and developing relationships to manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and staff development to achieve quality member service.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and internal policies.
• Analyze branch statistics to minimize risk while maximizing business opportunities.
• Provide coaching and leadership to branch staff and collaborate with Regional VP to meet standards.
