• Must be able to work a Monday–Saturday schedule and cover locations within the region.

Responsibilities

• Generate and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Direct branch operations to ensure quality service levels, compliance strategies and sales programs.
• Review branch statistics to assess risk, ensure adherence to policies, and identify risk mitigation opportunities.
• Lead staff development through coaching and performance reviews; promote interdepartmental collaboration to improve processes.
• Oversee facilities and maintenance, assign resources for timely enhancements and repairs.
• Provide input on new systems, programs, products or services; ensure timely and accurate branch reporting.
