Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking an AVP/Branch Manager for the Buda, TX branch. This role oversees branch operations, staff development, performance goals, and member service quality while aligning with policy guidelines and risk controls.

The Buda branch at 5045 E. Goforth St. leads with governance, metrics, and production quality, reporting to the Regional VP to meet standards. This position supports strong member service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of financial institution experience.
• Minimum of three years of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Proven track record of managing branch risk and developing relationships to manage risk.
• Teamwork and dedication to develop strong working relationships within the organization.
• Ability to analyze, develop, manage and improve processes and system/product architecture.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be proficient in PC, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and other office equipment.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday and cover staffing at multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Direct the operations of each branch to ensure quality service levels and compliance strategies.
• Refine and implement best practices to optimize branch performance and compliance.
• Define branch activities to establish governance, metrics, and production quality.
• Review branch statistics to assess risk and identify opportunities for mitigation.
• Lead staff development initiatives and coaching sessions.
• Coordinate resources to ensure timely completion of maintenance and enhancements.
