Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods, signaling and forecasting demand, and ensuring hardware requirements are met via ERP systems.

You will lead S&OP discussions and collaborate across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development. The role requires ownership of complex value chains, strong data analysis, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Owns a complex value chain and coordinates many departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Ability to read technical documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Onsite relocation to Costa Mesa, CA if not local.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Work with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform key decisions for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and associated master data.
• Drive strategic initiatives towards best practices, including demand shaping and inventory optimization.
