Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years’ combined experience in Materials, Operations and/or Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Minimum two (2) years of manager of people experience.
• Minimum two (2) year of ERP experience or working with ERP systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of Beltsville, MD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage materials flow and transaction inventory to support plant operations.
• Administer indirect and MRO purchasing according to Eaton standards.
• Generate short-term production scheduling aligned the plan defined by the Network.
• Monitor execution of production schedule on the factory floor.
• Escalate material availability to COE and Network teams.
• Drive forecast attainment aligned with the MPS resulted from the SIOP plan.
• Execute shipment schedule aligned with customer priority dates and network
