Job summary

Eaton Corporation's IS AER MSD division in Orchard Park, NY is seeking an Operations Manager to lead production and IPT initiatives at the site. Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and execute operations plans in SIOP process.
Act as Continuous Improvement Champion, driving value through lean initiatives.
Lead daily plan execution across Manufacturing Engineers, Production Supervisors, and Planners.
Ensure safety, quality, and environmental systems adherence.
Develop weekly/monthly production schedules supporting the SIOP plan.
Manage Environmental, Health, and Safety integrated into daily activities.
Coach direct reports and drive KPI improvements.
