Job summary

Eaton Corporation's Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions division seeks a Production Planner for our Highland, IL site. You will oversee production planning, scheduling, and inventory control to meet customer needs and drive efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of ERP system experience.
• Reside within a 50 mile radius of Highland, IL; relocation not offered.

Responsibilities

• Plan production and manage scheduling to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Maintain planning data in SAP, including lead times, safety stocks and replenishment.
• Attend production meetings and assign delivery dates based on capacity and needs.
• Manage inventory to meet monthly targets and support physical inventories.
• Support continuous improvement and adherence to SAP processes.
