Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required.
• 12+ years in electric power or 8+ years with PE license; advanced degree may substitute.
• NCEES EIT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate equipment by testing and analyzing results and recommending changes.
• Design and develop electrical systems, including logic and circuit design, instrumentation, and models.
• Lead specifications committee to develop and revise construction specs and practices.
• Maintain professional knowledge through education, publications, and societies.
• Provide technical support across departments for electrical system issues.
