Planet Fitness in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, and manage sign-ups with a friendly, supportive approach. The role emphasizes providing a clean, welcoming Judgement Free experience while working with a flexible weekday/weekend schedule.

Starting at $11 per hour with periodic increases, the position offers opportunities to learn the club operations, advance to management roles and benefit from shift-differential pay on

Competenze

Job Details

Job Location: L219 South Rock Hill - Rock Hill, SC 29730-6258, Part Time: Starting at $11 per hour with increases every 180 Days!

Weekly Flexible Scheduling: Monday thru Friday 4:45am-10:00am // Weekday Flex Shift as Needed // Saturday thru Sunday Flex Shift as Needed

Open Availability Required

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Qualifications: Job Requirements

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
