Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members with a high standard of service. You will handle phones, greet and sign up new members, log amenities, and process purchases in a busy club environment.

The role offers a Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule with Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM and benefits including health options, PTO, and an employer-matched 401K. Starting pay is $12 per hour, with raises based on anniversaries and shifts.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
