National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Lebanon, IN location. The role involves answering phones, greeting members, signing up new members, and assisting with amenities logs.

You will respond promptly to member questions, process purchases at the POS, and promote PE@PF classes, all while maintaining a clean and safe club environment. 18+ and basic computer skills required.

• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Details

Job Location: L173 Lebanon IN - Lebanon, IN 46052, Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour. Flexible schedule, shifts between 4:30am to 12:30pm; 3pm to 11pm Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
