Mission Recruiting, LLC is seeking a plaintiff personal injury attorney to join a boutique litigation team in Tustin. You will handle matters from filing through trial, with emphasis on thoughtful advocacy over high-volume work.

You’ll independently manage caseloads with support from experienced staff. Ideal candidates have 3–10 years of litigation experience, California Bar admission, and strong deposition/motion practice. Defense attorneys with PI backgrounds are welcome.

Qualifications

• California Bar admission in good standing.
• 3–10 years of litigation experience.
• Plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
• Defense personal injury attorneys are encouraged to apply.
• Strong deposition and motion practice experience.
• Trial experience or meaningful second-chair experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation from filing through trial or settlement.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and substantive motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare witnesses and experts.
• Handle mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Develop litigation strategy and trial themes.
• Appear regularly before California Superior Courts.
• Serve as first or second chair during trial, depending on experience.
