Mission Recruiting, LLC is seeking a plaintiff personal injury attorney to join a boutique litigation team in Tustin. You will handle matters from filing through trial, with emphasis on thoughtful advocacy over high-volume work.

You’ll independently manage caseloads with support from experienced staff. Ideal candidates have 3–10 years of litigation experience, California Bar admission, and strong deposition/motion practice. Defense attorneys with PI backgrounds are welcome.

Attorneys are trusted to independently manage their caseloads while receiving support from an experienced litigation staff. Success is measured by the quality of your work, responsiveness, meeting deadlines, and contributing to successful outcomes—not by billable hours.
