Qualifications

• 1–5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Must be barred in California.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Experience with discovery, motions, and hearings.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day personal injury cases from filing through trial.
• Communicate with opposing counsel regarding case strategy and settlement.
• Take and defend depositions of parties and witnesses.
• Make court appearances as required.
• Prepare for trial with exhibits and witness prep.
• Provide legal opinions and guidance to clients.
