Job summary

Dilectus Workforce Solutions seeks a plaintiff-side Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 1–6 years of PI or civil litigation experience to build a robust caseload and own matters through the full litigation lifecycle. You will represent injured clients against insurers, from intake through resolution.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, case strategy, negotiations, or other substantive litigation responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute case strategy, including liability analysis, damages evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, negotiations, and resolution.
• Conduct and defend depositions, draft substantive motions, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to maximize client outcomes.
• Take ownership of case progression and litigation strategy, with results impacting compensation.
• Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, attorneys, and operations staff to provide excellent client service.
