Qualifications

• Plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn Medicare/Medicaid liens if not already experienced.
• Ability to manage cases from treatment through settlement and make liability/valuation calls.

Responsibilities

• Own personal injury files from treatment through settlement.
• Manage your own docket and determine liability, valuation, and demand posture.
• Direct that support staff work (not perform it) and supervise as needed.
• Work from the Downtown Baltimore office with flexible scheduling once up and running.
