Jobot is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney in Baltimore, MD. This is a pre-litigation role where you will own your docket from initial treatment through settlement and work directly with injured clients.

Requirements include Maryland Bar admission and 18+ months of substantive pre-litigation or claims experience. You will manage a high-volume caseload and negotiate with insurance adjusters while providing strong client service.

Qualifications

• At least 18 months of substantive pre-litigation or claims-side personal injury experience.
• Demonstrated independence in carrying and managing own files.
• Strong client communication and negotiation with insurance adjusters.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a high-volume pre-litigation docket from initial treatment through settlement.
• Negotiate with insurers and pursue pre-suit resolutions.
• Handle auto, premises liability, and dog bite related claims when applicable.
