Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join a Wilmington, Delaware team. The role centers on pre-suit responsibilities within personal injury cases, mainly automotive, and involves supervising a team of case managers.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, is admitted to the Delaware bar, and has 2+ years of premises or PI experience. Strong leadership and litigation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Delaware State Bar.
• 2+ years of premises or personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.

Responsibilities

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
