Jobot is seeking a Plaintiff Attorney to advocate for justice on behalf of victims harmed by others' wrongdoing. You will work under a partner on a docket including personal injuries, deaths, and property damages from fires, explosions, and environmental contamination.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in HI.
• Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff litigation experience, focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, and fire litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to settle cases.
• Provide counsel to clients regarding their legal rights and options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
