The position requires lifting up to 55 pounds, supervising staff, and executing daily tasks including paperwork and shift oversight. A strong emphasis on reliability and communication is placed across daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills.
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
• Able to work a standard schedule and perform all essential functions of the job.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence with driving record within company guidelines.
• Meet background verification guidelines and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Serve customers with correct, complete orders within service time goals.
• Prepare and ensure high-quality products are served according to the handbook.
• Display proper image and follow policies, procedures and standards.
• Keep work stations clean and organized; maintain health department standards.
• Perform cash management and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Provide direction and coaching to Colleagues to meet Little Caesars standards.
