Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station, including dough management, accuracy and portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties, ensuring quality products and procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the company’s product goals and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains customer service standards and responds to customer needs.
• Follows policies including safety, attendance, and security as outlined in the handbook.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides timely feedback when issues arise.
• Manages inventory levels and cash handling to support profitability.
