Job summary

You will manage station duties, schedule coverage, and enforce policies, safety, and labor cost controls, working long hours including nights and weekends. Previous shift leadership in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service.
• Manages duties at each station including dough management, portioning, and product preparation.
• Contributes to achieving company product goals and monitors compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and communicates effectively with team members.
• Manages cash, inventory, and controls costs to support restaurant profitability.
