Domino's Pizza Team DAKS is hiring Assistant Managers to help run store operations, ensure service quality and maintain food safety. You’ll collaborate with the General Manager, train staff, and handle scheduling and inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
• Strong leadership and the ability to inspire team members.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in all restaurant operations including service, prep and inventory.
• Supervise and train team members, provide feedback and coaching.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Help develop strategies to improve restaurant performance.
• Perform administrative tasks and inventory management.
• Act as GM in their absence to ensure continuity of operations.
