Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy store.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food prep, inventory, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members, ensuring adherence to policies and providing feedback.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to improve store performance and achieve goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and inventory management; assist GM in day-to-day duties.
• Act as GM in the GM's absence to ensure continuity of operations.
