Domino's Pizza Team DAKS is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and keep high standards of service. You’ll support inventory, food prep, and scheduling while upholding food safety guidelines and customer satisfaction.

This role also involves stepping in as acting GM when needed, offering leadership development and valuable training for future leadership positions within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous fast-paced, customer service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-motivating abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in all restaurant operations, including customer service, food prep, inventory, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members, enforce policies, and provide feedback.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following sanitation guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to plans to improve restaurant performance and meet goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and inventory management.
• Act as General Manager in GM's absence to ensure continuity.
