Job summary

Domino's is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations. You will help ensure standards, supervise staff, prepare pizzas, and handle deposits and paperwork when the GM is away.

The role requires strong customer service, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Responsibilities include inventory checks, labor/sales analysis, cleaning, and onboarding new staff.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Be able to work long hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Prepare pizzas and deliver to designated places where orders were made.
• Drop off nightly deposits and handle related paperwork when the General Manager is unavailable.
• Manage cash, supervise staff, and manage time effectively.
• Count inventory and supplies nightly; analyze labor and sales.
• Maintain facility and equipment cleanliness per company standards.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Rotate commissary deliveries and assist with food preparation.
