Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including service, prep, inventory, and scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members, ensuring adherence to policies and coaching feedback.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to strategies to improve restaurant performance and goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and inventory management.
• Act as GM in the GM's absence to ensure continuity of operations.
