Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in store operations, including customer service, food prep, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members, ensure policy compliance, and provide feedback.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following sanitation guidelines.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to strategies to improve store performance and achieve goals.
• Perform administrative duties and inventory management.
• Act as GM in the GM’s absence and ensure continuity of operations.
