Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including, but not limited to, dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products, follows all product preparations procedures and maintains established product holding times.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goal and meets restaurant customer needs while minimizing complaints.
• Maintains shift coverage, provides feedback and corrects problems when identified; ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manages inventory using company systems to minimize loss and executes cash management duties.
• Supports profit goals by staying within company guidelines and targets, and uses the FOCUS System for operations.
