Qualifications

• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, programs and systems
• Adhere to food safety and portioning standards
• Maintain product quality, customer service, and cost controls
• Assist in cash management and inventory to minimize loss
