Ian's Pizza in Madison, WI is hiring for Part-time and Full-time Supervisors to start immediately. The role leads the team, serves customers, and supports the kitchen while ensuring food and service standards. Expect 11am–2:30am shifts, FIFO checklists, tip payouts, and staffing coverage as part of a fast-paced operation.

Minimum 6 months in a Supervisor/Shift Leader role in food/beverage required. 18+, able to work in the U.S., with English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a Supervisor or Shift Leader role in food/beverage.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and 18+ years old.
• Able to read, write, and speak English with the team and customers.
• Able to work in loud, fast-paced environments.
• Able to tolerate allergens (gluten, dairy, eggs).

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and supervise the shift from start to finish.
• Serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery drivers.
• Ensure high standards for food and service; complete shift checklists; manage tip payouts.
• Train new team members and roll out new programs.
• Keep the restaurant clean and stocked.
