Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our Squad Crew in delivering pizza and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service and help build a place where everyone can enjoy pizza that feels personal.

You will guide pizza production for diverse teams, maintain high energy, coach staff, and uphold our operational standards to create a welcoming, efficient shift that guests remember for its hospitality and quality.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership
• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift
• Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks
• Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources
• Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant
