About the Role

As a Supervisor, you lead the team and keep everything running smoothly in all departments. You'll serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery drivers, supervise the shift from start to finish, ensure high standards for both food and service, oversee completion of shift checklists, manage tip payouts, and make sure staffing is well assigned. You also support new crew training, help roll out new programs, policies, and products, and keep the restaurant clean and stocked.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in food service is required.
• Past supervisor or leadership experience is strongly preferred for external applicants.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other restaurant tools.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, hot ovens and cold walk-ins.
• Must be 18+ (16-17 for Front of House).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• English language proficiency is needed.

Scheduling and Availability

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone. Verona is open Sunday-Thursday from 11am-9pm and Friday-Saturday from 11am-10pm. Shifts start as early as 9am and end as late as 11:30pm. Evening and weekend availability required! Part-time (20-30 hrs/wk) and full-time (30-40 hrs/wk) available.
