Ian's Pizza Madison is hiring a full-time Kitchen Manager to lead our busy kitchen team in Madison, WI. You will train cooks, oversee shift operations, and partner with the GM/AGM to ensure high-quality service and pizza excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Must complete a food safety certification within 6 months.
• Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop kitchen staff on-shift; lead quarterly reviews.
• Lead trainer for the kitchen; show staff the ropes and provide feedback.
• Meetings, correspondence, and projects to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Work with leadership to ensure smooth kitchen operations and coverage.
