Job summary

Ian's Pizza in Verona, WI is hiring Supervisors to start immediately with hourly wages of $19 to $24. We offer part-time and full-time roles, health and dental insurance for full-time, PTO, sick leave, and retirement benefits with up to 3% match, plus flexible schedules and free pizza.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in food service is required.
• Past supervisor or leadership experience is strongly preferred for external applicants.
• Must be 18+ (16-17 for Front of House) and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and keep everything running smoothly across all departments.
• Serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery drivers, and supervise the shift from start to finish.
• Oversee checklists, manage tip payouts, ensure staffing is well assigned and training is provided.
