Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a team member in Bensalem Township, Bucks County to support the food service operation. • Build pizzas and menu items accurately, following specifications.
• Help keep the make-line moving and support pickups.
• Stretch dough, top pizzas, work the oven, and keep orders moving.
• Provide friendly and patient customer service.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Communicate and support teammates to maintain smooth operation.

This role is the engine of the store. You’ll learn how a high-volume operation works, how orders flow, how to execute fast, and how to keep standards tight during the rush. You’ll rotate through stations, build real confidence under pressure, and develop the kind of consistency that translates to any job.

Responsibilities:

• Make food to standard: build pizzas and menu items accurately, following portioning and quality specifications
• Run the order flow: help keep the make-line moving and support carryout/curbside pickups
• Own a station: stretch dough, top pizzas, work the oven, and keep orders moving from make-line to carryout
• Deliver great customer service: friendly, patient, and helpful whether it’s on the phone, counter, or carryout customers
• Keep it clean and safe: food safety, sanitizing, and maintaining a sharp store throughout the shift
• Be a solid teammate: communicate, jump in where needed, and keep the shift running smooth
