Responsibilities

• Assure proper setup of kitchen, storage and prep areas at shift start.
• Develop knowledge of inventory including food, beverage and ingredients.
• Prepare dough and prep ingredients for all pizza toppings.
• Know and place foodstuffs and equipment to support efficiency.
• Abide by cleaning procedures and health code regulations.
