You will work with dough, toppings, and inventory, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health codes. Applicants must be 18+ and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, with comfort operating commercial dough mixers and ovens.

Responsibilities

• Set up kitchen, storage and prep areas from start to end of shift.
• Develop and update knowledge of inventory and menu ingredients.
• Prepare dough and prep ingredients for pizza toppings.
• Maintain knowledge of foodstuffs and equipment to support efficiency.
• Follow cleaning procedures and health code standards.
