Responsibilities

• Assist bartender and manager with efficient bar setup from shift start to end.
• Keep bar stocked with liquor, glasses, napkins, and all other items before and during service.
• Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws.
• Keep bar area neat; cleaning as needed, remove glassware and organize all sections of bar stations.
• Coordinate with managers, frontline team members and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service to guests.
