Colony Grill is seeking a service-oriented Busser to support the dining team in Milford, CT. You will clear and clean tables, deliver service items, and carry signature pizzas to guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

As part of a fast-paced frontline team, you will help maintain cleanliness and order, enabling a welcoming atmosphere for guests and supporting smooth service operations.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
• Able to operate a commercial vacuum.
• Must be able to carry trays, service items, or supplies (10-30 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Clear used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins in preparation for next guest.
• Clean and sanitize tables, adhering to health and hygiene best practices.
• Run pizzas to guest tables.
• Replenish condiments, napkins, and prepare silverware packets; refill drinking glasses with water to support guest service.
• Assist with restaurant opening and dining area setup by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping/vacuuming floors.
