Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management and portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties and maintains product quality.
• Contributes to achieving the restaurant's product goals and customer satisfaction.
• Follows policies as outlined in the TM handbook, including attendance and safety.
