Responsibilities include safeguarding product quality, proper portioning, and achieving service goals. The position requires flexibility for long hours, weekends, and emergency coverage to maintain smooth restaurant

Qualifications

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products, follows all product preparations procedures and maintains established product holding times.
• Contributes to achieving the Company's product goal.
• Maintains customer service quality and responds to needs while following company policies and procedures.
