Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights, weekends.
• Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines for dough management, accuracy and portioning and prepares quality products.
• Contributes to achieving product goals and meets customer needs to minimize complaints.
• Follows policies and procedures, including safety, attendance and shift management.
• Exhibits core values, maintains a positive attitude and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and maintains product quality, service, and costs within guidelines.
• Assists in cash management and inventory control to minimize losses.
